Dawin Friction has been supplying wheels and brakes for Surion(KUH) helicopters to KAI since 2010, and hundreds of units are currently being supplied and used by the Korean Army, National Police Agency, and National Fire Agency.
Following Surion, KAI completed the development of the attack helicopter (LAH), and Dawin Friction participated in the development of the LAH helicopter's wheels and brakes as a partner of KAI.
On September 22, 2023, inspection of the first mass-produced LAH wheel and brake was completed, and it was supplied to KAI within September, contributing to the deployment of the Korean Army.
In addition to helicopters, Dawin Friction is also working hard to develop and supply wheels and brakes for various Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) used by the Korean military.
